Woodlands Assisted Living of Hallowell is situated on more than four rolling acres in the scenic and historic city of Hallowell. Constructed in 2006, the campus consists of two individual assisted living residences under one roof. Each residence has been thoughtfully developed to provide a gracious and comfortable place for residents to call home.

The 51 bed Residential Care Facility provides housing, supportive services and lifestyle opportunities to seniors who require assistance with activities of daily living but do not need the skilled or complex services of a nursing facility.

Our 24 bed Alzheimer’s Care Residence is a home-like, secured environment specially designed to preserve the dignity, autonomy and emotional health of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments.
