Woodlands Assisted Living of Hallowell’s Alzheimer’s Care Residence has been carefully designed to meet the unique needs and maintain the dignity of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments.

Alzheimer’s doesn’t simply affect those with the disease…it can be very difficult for family members as well. Woodlands Assisted Living’s Alzheimer’s Care Residence offers the opportunity for family members to have peace of mind that their loved one is in a secured and comforting environment 24 hours a day.

We have drawn from our own experience as well as incorporated the most successful concepts in memory loss care from all around the country in planning the physical environment, program of care, services, amenities, activities and staff training.

• Rooms are designed like those in a family home so residents feel familiar and safe in their surroundings.
• Specially trained staff work with each resident to involve them in familiar everyday activities they enjoy such as folding laundry, washing dishes or watering the garden.

• Expansive secured courtyard provides for independent walking and other outdoor activities.

All of our Alzheimer’s Care residents benefit from an all-inclusive package of services:
